Literally every single place I tried to grab fresh produce it's rotting. Even the prepackaged sections are rotting days before the date on the bag. Something isn't being handled properly and the food isn't safe to eat.

It was rude for the cashier at Lane 1(nearest checkout machines) to refuse me in her lane. She just opened, she waited for customers to come her lane. Why would she refused me? Discriminatory!!! I noticed the older ladies are just good with customers they personally know!!! Totally disgusting being a loyal customer of Rob's.
I was at Rob's, 2:50 pm today, May 9. I was in line at Lane 2. There was a lady with a full cart before me and when I saw Lane 1 opened, I asked the cashier at Lane 1 if I could move in, I only had 5 items anyway. She refused!!! Imagine, I waited for 10 minutes to get through where I was in Lane 2. Meanwhile, I overheard lane 1 cashier called out the name of her first customer, most likely a friend of hers. Discriminatory!!!
This wasn't the first time with this lady, last time she overcharged me. I'm pretty sure she joined Rob's just last year.
Another thing, the new, younger cashiers wear faces as if they're carrying the whole world and forced to work. One wouldn't hear the usual, welcoming, protocol words or see a smile. What a very unpleasant customer handling!!!
The staff badly needs a refreshing course or seminar on customer service especially they serve a good number of localities. I hope the management will attend to this concern.

I've been to so many delis in NEPA and Rob's Market is the only one that slices my meats and cheeses thin the way I like it. Thank you so much to everyone that's helped me in their deli!

Good local supermarket . Great meats selection, good deli, Penn-Dutch foods like Miller's brand Hot Bologna, big selection of soda and snacks.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean store and clean checkouts.

What was once a pillar of this community is now unfortunately the bane of it... prices are outrageous, $12 for a small rotisserie chicken? 2 liter bottles on sale for $2.79? I understand prices are going up everywhere, but ever since the new ownership took over, Rob's Market has gone way downhill. They've taken full advantage of not having competition and passed the pricing on to the locals. In the last 6 months you have to play roulette with the produce section. Even things stating they're good for 2 weeks are rotten on the shelf. I can't count the number of times I've had to return or toss produce lately. From local favorite to a shadow of its former self. I sincerely hope the owners return this once beloved local store to it's former glory. For now, I'll continue to take my business elsewhere even if it means driving 20 minutes.

I just moved bk to this area. Very nice people! So nice in fact, that my father dropped an envelope full of cash and they ran through their camera footage to locate who the envelope belonged to and they called my sister to tell her!! Great store...but I sure wish they carried fresh cilantro...
