It’s pricey but the employees were friendly and helpful. We got what we needed (non-slip work shoes for my son starting a new job) without having to go into one of the bigger cities. It is nice that Montrose has a store like this.

Needed a new pair of work boots. Have a hard to find shoe size. The two young ladies at the Montrose Branch of the New Shoe Store were incredibly helpful, they ordered in my size, and a pair in wide as well just in case (which ended up fitting perfectly). All in all the shopping experience was both fantastic, and terrific. Fantasterrific if you will. 👍🏻

It was an expensive store for such a town. The store is very nice and well kept. I give credit for it, but with an average income, it's impossible to buy such nice choices in clothes, sneakers, and many types of boots.

Loved the shoe store. Have beautiful name brand shoes. I'm new to the area and I was a little surprised at the high prices as I didn't realize that this area had that kind of money in it. However after driving around ot appears that there is money on the area. Lots of beautiful big homes old and new that we had never seen before. Glad to see more of the area. We are retired and really love the area. Very nice people in the store and everywhere we go. If you haven't checked out the store, you should!

Very clean and fresh. Did not have my size. Parking lot needs work that makes the store unworthy to stop and a better sign display to get attention. Seems like this place is comfortable with locals then strangers stopping to shop and browse.

Bought a $200 pair of Ariet work boots, this is my 3rd pair of the same style boot. After 5 days they started leaking, the store said there's nothing they can do. My job gives us 100 credit every year,I'm , I'm going to spread their customer service to everyone in the gas industry. Word spreads very fast.
