Went in with my last $10 to get lunch and came out empty handed because the first machine glitched out when trying to pay, but still took money out of my account (didn't realize it at first).

I was asked to pay at another card reader. I went to pay I came up short. I checked my banking app and the first machine had taken my money. I showed him the app but the guy insisted that I owed him money still. I told him to just return my money and I left because of course there were people behind me. I know they probably don't pay their workers enough, but this is ridiculous.

I was only refunded the second transaction so far.

There was a seven eleven at this location. I live close by and I really like the convenience and the fast service. Their hot dogs, cheeseburger and breakfast sandwiches are good. Over the years I have gotten to know many people who work here.. Never had a problem with the service.

*And, they’re open 24/7 during Covid*
Cleanest 7-11 in the city with almost always friendly and fast service, especially if Pam, Cassandra, or Jackie is on duty. Well-stocked and organized. Sonya, the manager, keeps an consistent eye on stock, and will try to fill any special order requests if possible (especially for regulars like myself who live nearby).
Wish they had a deli counter as Wawa does, but it’s not this store’s fault—7-11 just doesn't provide this service.

Super nasty lady. Bought powerball tickets for my boss. Never bought it before. I have no idea what to buy. Instead of explaining she gets really angry. First time I came she is saying something about the number was incorrect. I came back the second time and she gets very angry. I’m just doing my job. I wasn’t there to aggravate her No customer service at all. I didn’t say anything back. She told me to go somewhere else. That’s exactly what I will do. I would not even buy anything else there.

Yes if there is no such number as 98. Please kindly explain it kindly instead of being angry at customer who never bought power ball in her life. And just doing her job because her boss told her to buy power ball.

My favorite 7/11...but it is a constant problem to buy power ball or mega million tickets. I buy 5 quick picks per ticket for 10 draws. Every time the same people forget how to get 10 draws and today' was a new low

We can only do 3 draws. WHAT. EACH WEEK IS 2 DRAWING SO LOTTERY IN STATE WOULD NOT LIMIT CUSTOMERS TO 3 DRAWS. IM IN A WHEEL CHAIR SO GOING TO A KIOSK FOR MY BUILDINGS FRIENDS IS FINE BUT I WANT MY TICKETS FROM 7/11. I FEEL LUCKY THERE. 3 DRAWS. IS RIDICULOUS. GET ON PHONE TO WHO EVER SUPPLIES YOUR LOTTERY STUFF FIND OUT THE ISSUE OR CODE. NO HARD

Poor 7 eleven WAWA wants to drive you out of business. Every store you have They seem to be opening up a new location right next to 7 eleven. Its almost as if they're following 7 eleven. Of course they are. 7 eleven needs to step up and get better because Wawa wants to get them out of town. Compete or retreat
