I have loved this store less and less as time goes on. It seems items where other place will allow you to save a dollar or little more. Bills Shoprite does not. This store always seems to charge more for groceries especially in the summer months. I am not sure if the prices are worse due to maybe them taking an opportunity for the out of state people who come to this area or if it's just this store and the people's who runs it ways. 🤔 It seems like at least one restaurant in this area does this as well. It's not fair to us people who live here year round and have been growing up coming here. 😔

Produce is also an issue here. So many times I buy fruits and/or vegetables only to last two days sometimes even ONE day.

All of these issues are very frustrating and terrible. It seems like other stores in the area care more about their costumers, families and keeping their costumers happy/dedicated shoppers. While also making them feel like they are respected.

For years I've been a shop local and support the North Pocono businesses but I think enough is enough now. 🤨.

Edited: I did have to shop here very quickly the other day and this one employee had went above and beyond to help me find a product and it wasn't even that big of a deal. I was so impressed with her thoughtfulness, care and concern. It probably is hard for workers to care about their jobs or costumers when they probably get blamed, yelled at, and more due to the prices and issues at this place. However this lady did! I would give 5 stars if ratings werent based on all these other important factors!

Clean store, quality meats and the employees are attentive and friendly. We asked if they had a certain meat and the worker quickly got the person from the back and they showed us where it was and said if we needed a larger side they'd go to the back and get it for us.

Love this store. There are so many different varieties of everything. We had the fried chicken and it is delicious. The Italian bread to die for. A massive produce section. Wine beer. Sandwiches. And on and on.... Friendly staff.

I am there once a week. The summer it's crowded with tourists but the store is still great 😃👍. Update tourists gone! A pleasure to shop there. All employees are helpful and friendly. Friday before Thanksgiving well stocked and I got a free turkey 🦃. 3/24/23. As usual all the employees are very helpful and friendly. Being retired is a lot different style of food shopping then when I was working. I can relax and take my time, chat with employees and other choppers. When I was working it was a military 🪖 mission. 8/8/23. Everything fine 👍

I prefer my Italian food from a place called A Little Slice of Heaven in Scranton. I think that's the name. They have the best Italian food in PA. Or it could be called a Little Piece of Heaven.

Even when I run in there 5 minutes of closing they are kind courteous friendly and helpful.
