Very friendly people and did help me out when I called. However, I needed pasteurized eggs they said they had and would hold when I called. Turned out to be pasture raised BIG difference in culinary safety. Unfortunately, I noticed when I got home and pulled them out of the brown bag. Will shop here again and give another chance. The selection was large for a health store.

Nice natural food store in the Poconos area. It's just large enough to have everything we were looking for. Clean, well lit. Definitely worth shopping here!
There is handicapped parking, achieved by adding a small ramp at one end of the front sidewalk. That's the only convenient place to move your shopping cart into the parking lot to load groceries into your car. It would be more convenient if there were a smooth ramp to the parking lot all around the front sidewalk.

My experience there today wasn't a friendly one. I'm usually met by the friendly knowledgeable younger ladies who ask if I need help but that did not happen today. I couldn't find products and the lady on the cash register watched me the entire time in the isle she faced and didn't offer any help. The old lady with the straight neck length grey hair acted like she didn't want to be bothered at all! No help regarding questions about products, and reluctantly rung up my groceries.
With all that being said, when I got the vegetarian sausage that was on sale home, I realized it was very expired 3/5/23! Look at ALL expiration dates on products there.
Earthlite, you have just lost a customer. You're freakin expensive anyway.

I wanted to buy tea 5 different teas from the jar. Asked woman for help. She said the teas are there. I looked was overwhelming asked is there someone that could help me. She says they are in alphabetical order. I couldn’t find the tea. Didn’t want to go back to her again. she obviously didn’t want to help. I asked twice. Got bad vibes wasn’t about to ask again. Just saying I went in wanting to buy. I left with with the impression that she didn’t want me as a customer. All I did was ask for help. I told my story to a friend. My friend said that she don’t go shopping there anymore because they are racist. A couple more friends said the same. I agree that’s the vibe I got in the store . I won’t there again. I don’t want them getting any of my money. I was just a customer, I wasn’t rude. I just asked for help twice. I just wanted tea. I feel obligated to give this review.

What a delightful place! We went in for the first time today in search of goat and sheep products and were highly impressed with the variety of products they offer! Definitely one of our new favorite stores that coincides with our new diet & lifestyle.
