Was very disappointed in this place . We are from out of town with 2 baby's. I looked around the store while my husband kept a eye on the kids. While looking at bags, I asked the woman for a restroom . My 2 year old, who is still learning, asked to go . She told me know it's only for customers . This totally made me want to end my such for a bag because she clearly saw I was with 2 kids. I would never tell someone with kids they can't use the restroom. Wouldn't go back

This store is amazing. The people that work there are on point happy and willing to help. The store has so much to offer for everyone at really reasonable prices. The owner is one of the nicest people and always willing to work with everyone!

So organized and clean and they offered a large range of sizes. The staff was super friendly. One of the best second hand clothed shopping experiences I’ve had as a plus size person.

The staff was loudly complaining on her cell how she hated her job and was quitting, then proceeded to close the store with a little over an hour left until normal close, with several customers in the store still. Not cool.

LOVE the store and all the different options they have for dresses. Nice set up and good vibe. But HIGHLY disappointed in their Clothing Exchange program.

I called on three different occasions/times and they told me that they do both store credit and cash. Of course I’d rather have cash than store credit so I went up their per their instructions first thing in AM at 10:00 when they open; when they said they could provide cash because they haven’t met their cash cap for the day yet. I arrive this morning and was told they do not do cash and they wanted to offer me only $30 in store credit for five different quality items that were brand new with tags still on them and/or only wore once. I have tons of really nice items that I was hoping to have them take. Then to top it all off- I was told they do not do weekend clothing exchanges and that I had to come in during a weekday early; then I see their sign states “Saturdays for exchange…” ugh! 🙁

So in summary- really nice store and most employees but whoever I spoke to especially yesterday afternoon does not know their own store policies because she guaranteed they would be able to provide cash and told me an exact time to show up. Very very disappointed in the store’s communication and customer service with their customers.

This place is fantastic. They have all kinds of designer labels with great quality clothing. Wonderful purses. And awesome shoes. Everything's like new. The staff is fantastic. They even shipped me a pair of shoes that I was hesitant to buy and I am so excited that I was able to get them sent to me the next day. It's a must for all you bargain shoppers. Great quality.

The store was well organized, had well curated pieces, and the prices were great. The women who helped me (whom I believe was the owner) was incredibly sweet and was knowledgeable on the items I had chosen to purchase. I am from out of town but if I am back in town I will definitely be stopping by again.

Update: three years later and I think now my entire wardrobe is from here. I’ve discovered fabulous tops, jeans, bags, and shoes from here. Everything has been awesome and really held up. I have two kids, and I like wearing nice stuff. Denovo s is perfect because I’ll get high end stuff that I’m not afraid to have the kids play around (everything from mud to markers).

Also, buying second hand is great for the environment, and it’s a local business. So it’s a win for everyone.

The employees are really helpful and knowledgeable about fashion. I had to go to a wedding and they were so helpful in finding ideas for a dress (I got tons of compliments on it).
