I visited your store last night with my girlfriend, and I haven't been there since the truck stop was there!! My girlfriend just got out a very horrible 25-year relationship, and wasn't satisfied for one single time she really wanted to go to that store but she was just too darn shy!! Carrie was absolutely wonderful, made her feel at ease right away, and talked about different products and what she wanted and what she needed. What an awesome employee. We will be returning customers because of Carrie and you can Bank on that. Being self-employed businessman pretty much all of my life I understand that most people only call when they're calling to complain not enough people call to say they're happy or to give kudos to a certain employee. Once again Carrie was wonderful and we will see her again soon. Thank you

Better off with Amazon or Adamandeve

Horrible business practices. Made Purchase from them only to find the item was defective a few hours later, called and spoke to 2 different " workers" who basically said no refunds no exchange too bad . I understand the situation of what is sold here, however item was defective should be provided proof and a exchange processed . Less then 24hr later. Definitely ruins my weekend plans.

Definitely will be the last time shopping here.

Will be letting friends know also terrible business practices that go on here.

The place is spacious, with a large selection of products downstairs and many video booths upstairs. It’s pretty clean, too.

However, the loud, obnoxious blonde woman who works there is always talking on her phone, ignoring shoppers and harassing upstairs customers to buy $5 in tokens every time they enter.. She doesn’t pay attention to who comes and goes, and demands money even though I already bought tokens an hour earlier and had some left. This has happened several times. She is a major buzzkill and the reason I don’t go there much anymore.

I purchased a gift for a friend -the box says fits all sizes (in this case beds) which it didn’t and the quality of it was very low.
I tried to get store credit on a return two days later and was told they don’t except ANY returns as the counter girl with a snotty attitude pointed to this tiny sign about 3 inches tall hidden behind a bunch of items on the counter.
So I’m out 80$ Now.
Great way to treat your customers.
I also want to add i can totally understand not being able to return an item that would be contaminated by body fluids (that i understand). But this wasn’t the case everything was still sealed and was not anything that would be used like that

And who goes thru a Buisness and starts moving their items around to read tiny signs all over the place.
Maybe telling people when they purchase stuff that may have size requirements that there are no returns would be a better option.
