I love this store! Largest selection of licensed FSU apparel and hats. Cant come into town without dropping $$$ at Garnet and Gold. Manager and staff are fantastic- knowledgeable, friendly, and fast!! I hold off on buying online to visit their store frequently and buy only from them! Thank You!

Ordered 3 shirts from Garnet and Gold and they were super thin material. cheap shirts. I paid over $100 for three shirts that are the cheapest, thinnest quality shirts I've ever seen. It reminds me of the cheap t-shirts you find at Kohls that they sell for like $9.99. These, I know, won't last long before they fall apart.

As a FSU alumni I wanted to purchase a few items for myself, parents, and son. The store wasn't busy , yet I noticed that my mom and I were not greeted when we entered the store. However, when other customers entered after us they were all welcomed as they came in. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I knew it was time to leave when 3 young college aged girls entered after me and were immediately asked if they needed any assistance. My mother and I both had been walking the store for several minutes with items in our hands and never once were we acknowledged nor asked if we needed assistance. I don't know if it was because we are African-American, but every Caucasian in the store was welcomed. I refuse to patronize establishments where I feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Fortunately, Alumni Hall (which I confirmed is NOT affiliated with Garnet and Gold) was very welcoming and I was able to make my purchases there. Garnet and Gold will never receive my business nor will I recommend them to my alumni friends.

Went by this location on my lunch break as it was closest to where I work. Only been in there a couple times in the past. Wasn’t impressed by the lack of service I received. I was greeted upon entry by the employee working by the door, but no one asked if I needed help with anything. I was in there for a good 15 minutes or so looking around. Other people were asked if they needed help. Not me.

I also had to veer out of the way before getting run over by a young tall guy that worked there. He didn’t bother to go in another direction from where I was standing or even say excuse me as he rushed past me. Think he may have been a manager. Guess he was more concerned making the sale on an item he went to fetch for someone at the register.

Retail customer service has definitely gone down hill from when I worked it. Needless to say, I put the items back that I had in my hands and walked out. Guess I will just get my Nole gear elsewhere.

For my granddaughters first birthday nothing would suffice other than Seminole gear. And no, ordering online is not good enough, the 2 hour trip to Tallahassee and THE Garnet & Gold was a propos. The only thing missing is tacky Seminole snow globes.

Great selection of Seminole gear. I was happy to see the women's sports represented (shout out to the softball team). Their prices are reasonable, too. GO NOLES!!
