I spent an hour shopping with over 200 dollars worth to check out with. NO cashier on the second level and the ones down stairs were full. It's like this at every Belk I visit. I just left it all sitting there. I'm NOT standing in line another thirty minutes just to check out. The premium price I pay should be more than enough to staff the store during holidays and busy times

Was vey disappointed with the service that we received from Judith! And I called the store to speak with a manager, only to find out she was the manager on duty for the evening. My daughter and I felt like we were being discriminated against! And also felt like she didn't want to touch us. We are large women, but we also need to be treated with respect! 82422. Store is high priced. Even with a sale and discount it's still high. Their scam is if you check their App, the coupons help reduce the prices. But, the coupons don't apply to sale items. Upscale Wally House 🏚.😏

I shop here when I'm looking for a specific item. Three ⭐s because the store and bathrooms are always clean.

Jan. 23, 2024. Back again. Wanted some shoes, $40 on discount. But the quality was 👎🏻and will RIP with the first rain. Plus not USA made ☹. Up one ⭐ because the clerk was so nice, even though I didn't purchase the shoes.

DO NOT buy diamonds and send them for sizing from this store. They do not take any responsibility for your ring getting damaged. The two smaller center diamond were stolen. The left is how I got my ring back. The corner prong broken. Thousands of dollars spent for this!
