Go if you want to waste 40 minutes waiting for a sad bagel.
Ordered a poppy seed bagel (1 of 3 kinds they had left) with plain cream cheese thinking it would only take 10 minutes to prepare. Watched people who ordered after me get their food and leave.
Mentioned something to someone who worked there about waiting for so long, only for her to walk around and dismiss the question I had asked. Got my bagel and it was squished and “toasted”.
My bagel is cold and definitely not toasted (like I had ordered).
So not worth it, will not be going back.
Very disappointed, as I’ve been so excited to eat here.
My boyfriend had ordered an egg, ham, cheese, and hash brown (on the sandwich) sesame bagel. His sandwich had been sitting in a bag for over 20 minutes, was missing the hash brown, and was NOT a sesame bagel. He ate the sandwich and said it was good. But was disappointed in the wait time, customer service, and the missing hash brown.
As someone who works in a fast pasted deli, and works in customer service, I acknowledged that most of the staff was working. However, I am disappointed in how my question was handled, and the lack of sincerity when addressing my concern. I get that this place is new, but it was DEFINITELY NOT worth it to be leaving upset.

I came during a busy time as I had these bagels at work and they were good, but I regret going myself. I witnessed a person drop a bagel, pick it up from a cruddy floor, throwing it in the trash, and immediately grabbing a group of bagels for warming. The chef put the contents of a bagel (and the bagel itself) on an egg carton. The ones you get in bulk from a Publix or Walmart - he prepared many people’s bagels on top of that carton, which has been through a shipping process, on a semi-truck.

Not to mention, the atrocious online preparers. Stereotypically, of the average FSU male student/worker demographic (frat bros), not only did not call out orders - they lazily just asked the women managing the front to call out every time and keep track of everything - during peak hours. I mean these dudes were TRASHY! These same males also scrapped the dirty counters with their knives and then proceeded to cut up every bagels from the online order, during the hour I waited. I mean at least the dude grabbing the food off the ground changed his glove eventually. I mean they were just dead weight, the back of the house was working and the front of the house (women) were working at least. These guys were standing around cracking jokes and flirting with women - literally STANDING AROUND… getting paid for what? They also have every customer that approached attitude, which (of course) the customer facing employees (women) had to clean-up these interactions and calm down the many displeased customers. These guys were single-handily slowing down the entire restaurant and taking up space for what?

The bagels are good but it doesn’t excuse the VERY unsanitary preparation, lack of order, a group of employees literally standing around that were not reprimanded or did their job, and consistent disrespect of the female staff.

Walked into Bagels & Co and immediately felt at home. There were so many cream cheese I was getting antsy having to choose just one. They also offer hash browns inside their sandwiches Hello? That’s awesome!! It was easily the best sandwich I’ve had in this town. It was only my first time going here but it most definitely will not be my last!

Bagels N Co is an absolute gem! The bagels are perfection—crispy on the outside, soft and chewy inside, with the perfect balance of flavor. Their spreads and sandwiches are top-tier, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The coffee is just as excellent, and the service is warm and welcoming. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or lingering over breakfast, this spot never disappoints. Easily one of the best bagel shops around!

Overall, the bagels were not the best. My friend and I each ordered one breakfast sandwich and one sweet bagel with cream cheese. The sweet bagels were tough, as if overworked and flat. The savory bagels were a bit better, but still not worth the $9+ you will be spending on them. The service was overall great, but when you wait 30+ minutes to order, you don't expect a tough bagel. Overall, I was disappointed.

I went with my boyfriend and friends to this location and we had such a negative experience. We had waited over 1.5 hours for just 2 blueberry bagels. I understand that you are busy and a new store, but it was very clear that it was poorly run and there was no kind of management present. As somebody that has worked fast food (Panera) for over 3 years, I’ve worked rushes before and I’ve never had customers wait more than 30 minutes. People around us had been waiting for upwards of 2 hours. Nobody offered any kind of resolution to the problem. You should not be waiting over 20 minutes for a bagel regardless of how busy it is, that’s just insane. The music was blasting super loud and people couldn’t hear their name being called, people had food ready that didn’t even know it was ready because their name wasn’t called. I had asked an employee about the status of my order (after waiting for an hour) and she told me “I wasn’t special, everybody has been waiting for an hour.” What kind of customer service is that? I understand that most people were waiting for a long time, but that shouldn’t even be the case in the first place. If you’re that backed up, you need to stop taking orders and prioritize the people that were there before.
If my boyfriend hadn’t complained we would have most likely waited an additional 45 minutes for our order. My friends that we went with didn’t get their food until the 2 hour mark.
I rarely ever leave negative reviews but my experience here today was just terrible. I would not recommend coming here for food that you could get somewhere else without having to wait 2 hours.

I love this place, love the bagels. They offer the best selection of bagels tons of unique flavors that you definitely can’t knock before you try. However, they are packed every morning and they had to turn off my luxurious online ordering. When you walk into that store it’s bodies on top of bodies on top of bodies.

The best bagel I've gotten in Tallahassee! The Habanero Cheddar bagel is my absolute favorite! The staff was so nice and efficient even though the place was slammed. You can tell they like working there. The manager, Khalil, was awesome! Good location, very visually appealing. I can't wait to come back!
