I went to Publix today to buy my first #PubSub.ItWasDelicious! Mari was a very friendly and helpful staffer in the deli section… she was attentive and put the sandwich together with Love and Care. I have to say the pub sub is a great sandwich value and quality.

I shop at this store at least 2 times a week for about 7 years now. My experience this evening was the only one I could ever describe as disturbing. A young man in the deli by the name of Sahaab or Sashaab took my sub order and was not just rude but downright hostile. I greeted him and received a dead stare back with nothing but nastiness until I left, I work in retail and know what customer service should look like. Hope this young man receives some intensive coaching.

Wish they had a bigger selection of balloons. I'll definitely take the time to visit the Ocala st store next time I need balloons for an event.

Publix is always a pleasure. But they need more pickup spaces. I also saw someone come out to retrieve carts from their designated area three times and never grabbed the one in the next parking space.

Parking lot is terrible and the staff is the most unfriendly staff. I also believe I experienced racism for the girl at the customer service desk. Won't return to this publix.

Pretty sure the staff behind the deli counter was high. Worst pub sub I have ever had after waiting 45 min it wasn’t even correct. Employees wouldn’t even look at me when they talked to me.

Sad - Publix is known for quality and customer service. Not this one.

Easy parking, not a particularly special Publix. Older store with self checkout.
