This location is so amazing. Definitely offers a whole lot more than than Dunn Ave and better than several other locations from other side of town in Jacksonville and outside of Jacksonville, that I've visited. Friendly staff... especially the Bakery decorator, Maria... She's AMAZING!!!

Consistently the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced at Publix. Today when my elderly wife asked for the bagger to not continue placing all the heavy items in one bag, his reply was “you should have asked” with no offer to accommodate the request. Things have really changed in the 56 years since I worked at Publix and met my future wife that was working in the deli. I would have been run out of the store if I had said something like that or ignored a customer’s request.

Weakest deli sub I’ve had in a while. Here’s my pub sub philosophy: you’re gonna get a different stuff-quality every time you go to Publix. Any Publix. It’s either under-stuffed, adequately-stuffed, or mega-fat and you just wanna kiss the deli clerk. Today’s sub was under-stuffed and left me wanting. It felt like an appetizer at a Michelin star restaurant. Or maybe I’ve just gotten fat? Well now I have two reasons to cry.

Publix is always my favorite place to go for organic produce, deli, their soup, bakery, and salad bar. It's not cheap, but it's worth it. Just look for the BOGOs and the Wednesday sushi! Super clean as well.

Never been so embarrassed in my life I would never thought they would call the police and tell them that I was stealing and trespass and not even apologize for having the having the wrong person I guess we all look alike🤷🏿‍♂️

Found the frozen items I was looking for. Not happy with Produce or Deli tho. Both had items I was looking for. Produce had emptied the display and didn't have the fruit anywhere. Deli rack was empty and they were already cleaning up to close. This was just after 8 PM. Store is open until 10 PM.
