I love Publix in tallahassee. I'll of the employees are well trained most of them cross trained. Even on college side of town. The workers are younger but still have the same standards.

They kicked me & my service animal out of the grocery store. I wanted to show the manager my dogs licensed papers & he refused to even look at it. If you have a disability do not come here they will kick you out.

Prices are high on meats but I guarantee the product is A-1. You can actually find deals bc they do have them you just have to look or better yet ask. Cashiers are polite and one of them even gave my granddaughter crayons and coloring book. I thought that was actually sweet bc she enjoyed it

Ordering a sub online for the deli is pointless. The last 5 times I have showed up purposely 15 mins after the order was scheduled for pickup (today 30 mins) and it has never been ready. You then have to stand in line and wait for it to be made me. Or spend 15 mins for them trying to figure out the issue while people who walk up in line and get theirs made before yours.

Do not order a cake from here. Got probably the most simple cake you can do and it looks terrible. To make matters worse it was done by the manager. I tried to get it fixed but unfortunately the woman who was at the bakery was unable to fix it without either smearing it or bolding the letters due to me needing it tonight. Quite ridiculous that this is the type of pride the manager takes in their work, when what I wanted could not have been more simple.
