I asked for cupcakes for my sons party, it took three people to even get what I asked for written down correctly, when I went to pick the cupcakes up they literally did nothing I asked and the cupcakes were dry and not fresh I still had almost a full tray of cupcakes after the party. I called to confront them because at the time I picked the cupcakes up I did not have time to address it. The guy on the phone who was not the manager said there was nothing he could do. There was wayyyyy too much dye in the cake that all my guest clothes and fingers were stained from the icing and stool color the same color as the dye from the cake. I’m so dissatisfied in my experience here.

Plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits from around the world. Very diverse! During busy hours, they definitely need more cashiers.
I do not like the fact that you cannot take your cart to your car. You have to leave the cart unattended and bring your car closer to the gate. Sometimes, it is impossible to do if it’s very busy. They should definitely revisit this issue. Hire someone to collect the carts and find another solution to protect your carts. Your solution should not be at the expense of your customers risking their merchandise being stolen.

UPDATE... Bought 2 lbs of beef cubes for beef stroganoff. They didnt trim meat at all. Half of the meat was fat and gristle. DISSAPOINTING!

Have to make trip to city to find all the Spanish herbs and spices for homemade sofrito. They have variety of all the fresh produce you need. They were cleaning all the fresh shelves and rotating in new produce. When something was out he went right in the back and got me more. Was clean and staff helpful. Fresh meats in butcher shop and also pre packaged available. Shelves mostly full and stocking more. Everyone pleasant and helpful! Worth trip to city. 😉
