My family and I got a vehicle from them in April. After a few days it started to over heating, they told us that there was just a air bubble and to keep driving and it'll stop overheating.
A week goes by I bring it back with the same issue they just tell me to add fluids and it should stop. Well it was back and forth for a while.
At the end of August it completely crapped out and we informed them about, we get told they wouldn't help because it was outside of the 90 day warranty. So basically I wouldn't get anything from them ever again and no one else should because they will run you around until it's not their problem anymore.
BTW definitely negative stars if I could.

Great service , Jim is excellent! My daughter absolutely loves her car. Everything was explained throughout the paperwork an buying process , highly recommend even for teens to understand the responsibilities that comes with gettin a car an having to put those big person panties on to understand the life of adulthood. I can't complain!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Not impressed. They sell vehicles that are about to blow up and won’t run for the lifetime of their loan. Places like this pry on people who are financially not in an ideal situation - stay away… find any other option.

Me and my girlfriend went in to go look at a Dodge Avenger they were very helpful they were very nice and kind they walked me through financing the vehicle through them because I’m new to all this and they took their time and explained everything to me they were very informational thank you Kim and Jim for your help

If I could rate it no stars that's what they would get. Got a car from there, didn't even have it a year yet and took it to a garage only to find out it was illegally inspected, had an oil leak on the inside somewhere, polley was bad, and possibly the catalytic converter. When brought to their attention, nothing was done!! But the fact that it was illegally inspected and wouldn't pass again due to needing rocker work when it was time, not OK so I will be contacting an attorney. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!! My daughter bought a car here. Put $4000 down and had issues with the car immediately. They refuse to fix the problem and will not pay to have it fixed. She is now nearly 5000 deep into a car that has multiple problems. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. CROOKED!!!

How many young ladies do you have nearly $5000 in on a junk car that you won't take back or replace?
We are taking the vehicle to the state police barracks tomorrow morning to get the state inspector involved. And contacting the BBB and state rep. This vehicle has had issues since day 1. This is awful how you handle things Kevin!
