This is a women's clothing store I believe, so not somewhere I shop. However a friend of mine loves their clothes and I always comment on how nice her tops look. The tops are always unique and flattering. As a Christmas gift I thought I'd get my friend a gift certificate to Ruthie's. She was absolutely thrilled with the gift card and the lady I spoke with on the phone while ordering the gift card was very nice.
