The biggest selection of gluten free groceries in Chicago. I'm not joking, either. Marcie, the owner, who also has celiac knows how difficult it can be to find good gluten free foods, and has been stocking her shelves with the newest and best products for years.

They have a large refrigerated/frozen section filled with gluten free breads, desserts, frozen meals, etc. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and they go out of their way to find you what you are looking for. They will order what you are looking for even if they don't carry it in the store. They also ship.

This place is a MUST visit for any gluten free person in Chicago. It's worth the trip to the south side of Chicago, you will not be disappointed.

For the organic, gluten, dairy and soy free person like myself, this is by far the best little grocery store to have everything in one section!!! They pretty much have healthy junk food for the dietary restricted person like me....7-11 meets whole foods! They have an excellent selection and are super friendly and nice! I will be visiting AGAIN for sure... And thank you thank you thank you for this kind of store!!

It's a small store, but they have a surprisingly large variety of products. Everyone here was super nice to me my 1st time shopping. They were more than helpful in helping me find the items I was shopping for.
