My wife and I went into the store because of a referral by a friend. Walked into the store and was greeted by a warm smile and a handshake by a man who introduced himself as Pierce. I explained my issues and he listened quietly, took me to the machine and we tested my feet to see how he could best serve me. After having a little conversation, he went to the back and emerged with 3 total boxes of options he wanted me to try on. While they were all great shoes, I wasn’t quite satisfied. Pierce asked more questions and got to the bottom of what I need and what I want and emerged with exactly what I asked for. During this time, he juggled 3 other customers with poise. I wasn’t in a rush so I continued to walk around and test these final ones out. When he was available again, I decided to purchase them and the inserts he recommended. Even went for the slides that he showed me in order to continue supporting my horrible arch while not in my tennis shoes. After sharing a personal story that really made the interaction human and above and beyond, we went to the counter where he wrapped it all up and came around the counter to shake my hand as he handed me my bag.

I am unsure I’ve ever seen such incredible customer service, and I’ve been doing it myself for 10 years. Pierce is the best, and we’ll be back for another pair shortly.

Pierce Curtis who is the manger and the person who helped me was very helpful! Walked out today with the best deals on two pairs of shoes. Great customer service! Will definitely be back.

Update: Since Brad left this store has fallen off dramatically, per my mom and our experience. We will not be going back.

My son was looking for a specific pair of Birkenstocks so he headed to the mall and found this amazing shoe store!!! He came home raving about the personal service he received. Like an “Old school shoe store” they measure you and then work to find you a perfect pair of shoes that fit you comfortably. I was moved by his experience and decided to head over to Tradehome myself. I received the same great service and left on a cloud with my new Hoka’s. They have an amazing selection of shoes (see my photos). Brad is the young man on the right and is the owner and manager of this store. Brad has great enthusiasm and energy!! He is a superb human and appears kind and supportive to his fellow team. He was teaching a new hire the ways and was really nice and supportive. Enough said! Get away from the box stores and stop in to see Brad and his team for a personal experience that will brighten your day. It’s located on the lower level next to the Apple store.
