Living here is peaceful. Roads need a lot of work. And continue to be a problem. Though most people on the board are nice, and so are the neighbors.

It's coming up in the world of gated community's.
Gaye has been put in finally.
The off duty Scranton police officer that works as public safety is a good guy.
He at least attempts to quell the amount of unknown people who come in after 10 pm.

Small suggestion to PINE RIDGE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION
PUT THE GATE DOWN AFTER 10 PM IF THEY DONT HAVE A CODE THEY CANT GET IN.

LEAVE THE GATE OPEN FROM 5 AM TO 10 PM.
MOST OF US HAVE CODES.

This community needs the roads fixed up. It's a good place too live. Not many people come outside there house to often. People walk around and goto the field to walk or play ball.

From my experience so far, my neighbors are super friendly and the deer come in herds. The association does their best to make the community a community. I will say the roads in general, whether it be plowing or potholes, need some TLC.

I live in this community and it's sad to see it dieing. For the corruption in the office to money going missing their. This is a beautiful area that what the two stars are for. I had paid my dues but yet they said I did not. If you ask most people that live here they said the same things. Magically people that are responsible for making the community better are getting magically money to buy house here and rent them. Money is going missing and the budget doesn't add up. Hopefully this community will be redone

The best place to live, away from New York. The price of the house is reasonable. I recommend this place to anyone who lives in New York. You're paying 1,200 in rent in New York, when you could be paying the same amount for your own house in Pine Ridge, maybe less.
