I like the ice cream, I had it once. Please update your hours of operation on google and your website. I’m from out of town and am in the area frequently. Stopped by 4-5 times during the day and closed every time. Even though hours are posted as open. I know you have fine print saying seasonal may affect hours, but please update on Google. I guess I’ll wait until seasonal is over.

Handel's has the creamiest hard ice cream around. Our favorite ice cream place was closed due to a staffing shortage, so we decided to give this place a try, and we're glad we did.

The cinnamon roll and chocolate coffee chip ice creams were extremely delicious. One can have a choice between a regular or waffle cone, and even a waffle bowl!

We arrived on a Friday night around 7:20 and had to let others order ahead of us because there were many flavors to choose from, including Spouse Like a House and Pumpkin Ripple.

Although it wasn't busy -- perhaps because of the lateness of the season -- there was still a steady stream of people patronizing the place. The servers were quite pleasant and greet you with a smile. Give this place a try. You won't be disappointed!

Ok, the ice cream was amazing, I must say. Banana split was perfection 🍨😋😍 but the reason I gave it 4 🌟 instead if 5 is because the place was covered in webs and dead bugs that one literally fell in my icecream 😑 of course I just scooped it out and continued to eat cause it was delicious but please, please power wash your outside 🙏 😖

Very creamy and smooth ice cream tucked on the corner of a shopping plaza. There are a lot of options - including vegan offerings. This was my first time at Handel's and I will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

I contacted Handel’s to serve ice cream at my wedding and I am SO happy that I did. Andrea worked with me for several weeks to come up with the perfect menu for my guests. Not only was the ice cream amazing, but the service was impeccable. My husband and I did this instead of a traditional cake cutting and my guests are still raving about it. If you are thinking of having ice cream at your wedding, call Handel’s. Absolutely amazing in every way!

There are no garbage cans or picnic tables. I've never experienced an ice cream parlor so uncomfortable in my life. I guess you're supposed to take the ice cream to go, which is kind of hard with a large sundae

My wife ordered an ice cream cake Monday for a Friday pickup. The person took the order and said the manager would call us if she had any questions. My wife called back Thursday afternoon and confirmed the order and was told we could pick it up anytime Friday. Well I get there Friday and there is no cake. The “manager” informed me that if she did not talk with us personally there is no order. We the customer “ can’t expect her kids to take an order and get the message to her because this is their first job”. I’ve personally never been treated with such hostility from the moment the manager came to the window to tell me there is no cake. She also said that we should know that if we didn’t talk to her there is no order. Not sure how we were supposed to know that when we were told twice the cake would be ready Friday. It’s a shame because their ice cream is very good, but after the experience this morning we won’t be enjoying it anymore.
