Placed an order on the 17th for the 23rd only to be told ON THE DELIVERY DATE that they're unable to deliver to that location, which is less than 30min from the shop. If they weren't able to deliver, they should have cancelled the order next business day - why wait a week? These were bereavement flowers and timing is very important. I'm so disappointed and embarrassed.

Owners are very polite and patient, especially with someone who knows nothing about floral arrangements or flowers in general. Always willing to lend a recommendation. Horrible!!!! You would think that as a business owner, that this man (Mike) would have more respect for other business owners. Apparently not. At first I thought he was a good guy but it turns out that he is greedy and disrespectful.
