They came today to fix the pilot light on my mom’s fireplace (was out after a terrible storm). Tyler and Nick not only fixed the pilot light but restored the fireplace such that it looks brand new! They obviously took pride in their work and made sure it was perfect before they left.

My experience with the Service Department has been stellar!! Geoff was very helpful and professional in providing me information on Pennwood's services for gas fireplaces and upfront about their availability (as a new customer I would need to wait until Spring - a couple of months for service - but he would keep me on their callback list to contact in the Spring). Sure enough Geoff called me at the beg. of March and said they had an opening so I took it. Malcolm and Tegan, the service technicians were courteous, punctual and professional. They did a fantastic job not only cleaning out my gas fireplace and surround, but Malcolm (the lead) did a phenomenal job explaining what he was doing during the whole process and answering all my questions with a true passion for his job and making sure I was completely satisfied. Great price for great service! Highly recommend!

We have been on the seach for a good grill for months and finally decided on a Napeoleon! A friend had told us to check Pennwood out and it just so happened that they carried the exact grill that we wanted. We emailed them with some questions and Chris Combs got back to us immediately! We went in to see the grill in person and ended up leaving with it the same day. We actually met with Chris when we went in and he was so awesome. He stood and went over every aspect of the grill and answered all of our questions (from cooking to cleaning). We were never rushed in any way. He is a master competition griller and even took the time to share some of his grilling tips and tricks with us. The entire experience was better than expected and we will not hesitate to buy from them again! Thank you Chris and Pennwood for not only selling amazing grills but for your stellar customer service as well.

On a side note - they have a ton of grilling accessories (cleaning stuff, pizza stones, griddles, etc) as well as an entire wall of grill rubs and seasonings and with the help of Chris - we ended up leaving with a little bit of everything. They also carry some beautiful outside patio style furniture and gorgeous fire tables so if you are in the market for any of this stuff - be sure to check them out! You won't be disappointed in their friendly and knowledgeable staff nor their awesome selection!

We would highly recommend Pennwood for any fireplace or stove project. Doug helped us with the sale his timelines and estimates were accurate. The guys who installed the fireplace Brad and Jeremy were very professional and went above and beyond. They showed up on time with everything they needed for the job. They put floor protection down and even ran the vacuum while doing any cutting to prevent dust. These guys also put up with my dogs which is a job in itself. I'm already trying to think of another project for them. Real craftsman! I've included a before and after to let the picture do the talking.

Really awesome store with all the outdoor living space furniture & gadgets you could ever dream of!!
We visited on a Saturday and they were cooking up some BBQ for anyone visiting the store. They also have a plethora of seasonings & BBQ sauce for sale inside.

Fantastic service. They repaired a bad thermocouple on our propane fireplace. Not only was the work done well and for less $$$ than we expected, but they fully cleaned the fireplace and left it looking MUCH nicer than it has been the entire time we've owned the house (we did not even realize it needed cleaned so bad until they cleaned it!). Clayton was our tech and did an excellent job. Highly recommended.
