Their service technician was awesome that's not why they're getting a bad review. they came to my house fix my generator put in a new battery put 1 quart of oil in and one filter they adjusted it. I asked the technician what do I owe you he said we'll bill you. When I got the bill they charged me for 2 and 1/2 hours of labor at $105 per hour. The technician was at my house for an hour and a half yet I was billed for 2 and 1/2 hours. when I questioned Roy the owner he told me that we pay for their labor from the time they leave the shop till the time they get back to the shop. So what amounted to an oil change and a new battery turned into $428. I believe I could have got a complete tune-up on my car for less than $428. I would not recommend them.

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I came here after a horrible experience with another business. These guys worked with my schedule and immediately diagnosed and addressed the problems ignored and/or created by the prior mechanic. They gave me a spot to park (this is my RV generator), and several employees checked on my comfort and convenience. In fact they maintain hookups for this exact situation!

A part took longer than anticipated to get, but was still faster than the other business had quoted. This ran into a weekend, and an employee offered to come in outside of business hours(!), which I gratefully refused. When they did the intall, they retested and found a new issue. They fixed it all, including cleaning up after prior bad work, and it has worked perfectly since. The total price for all of this, including parts, was about the same as the prior "repair" bill without the parts - and without a working generator.

Allowed me to come in the same day I called and checked out the generator on my RV. I'm a novice, and they told me the fix for the problem that was simple! And they didn't charge anything for the evaluation and advice! I'll go back if I have problems in the future!

Called 3 times in 3 days to find out if they had a regulator for my generator the lady there each time said they aren’t in I’ll have the generator technicians call you back and still haven’t received a call. Sounds like a business to avoid.
