Terrible customer service. Arrived to inquire about care of my rugs. Business stated I needed to make an appointment and to come back at this time. Drove back and no answer and door was locked. Have tried twice since then leaving messages for an appointment and business will not return my calls. Going elsewhere to somewhere more dependable.

Doug's Carpet Care is the place to go when you need any kind of carpet or rug care. We've used his services for many years and have never been disappointed. Because he uses green cleaning products, there is never a chemical order left. Doug has taken care of pet spots very thoroughly. You would never know that they were there!

Doug did a great job on our livingroom carpet after our dog was sick and made a HUGE mess. I thought there was no way the stain would come out of the new, tan carpet but it was spotless after he was finished. Excellent work!

We had a hole in our roof from a storm. The area rug was wet and stained. Doug came and picked it up, dried it, cleaned it then brought it back once we were ready. He and his crew did a fantastic job.

Excellent job!!!! Super service. He picked up and delivered the rugs, and put things back and he seemed to truly care about his work. Couldn't ask for better service. The rugs were beautiful. Highly recommend his work!!
