The whole team did a great job getting everything set up and working. From design to construction, everything was handled well. I am happy not to be using as much energy from the grid, even on a snow day!

This is an exceptional company from my experience. I recently purchased a house that had solar panels installed from Sun Directed. I was not the original purchaser of the solar panels, but they treated me like it.

They gave me information about my Solar panels and answered all my annoying questions about my system. Additionally, I had an issue with one of my batteries that was under warranty and they handled the issue quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to get Solar Panels.

The customer service, installers, and everyone I have dealt with from this company has been beyond my expectations. I really felt like this team went the extra mile for me and I appreciate that!

I've been wanting solar panels on my roof for about 20 years. Living in Pennsylvania, we don't exactly have the best environment for it, but I still wanted to be able to do my part for the planet AND save myself some money. When I started looking at companies, Sun Directed stood out as the most sincere; I didn't feel like I was only dealing with a salesperson who needed to fulfill a quota, but a company that understood my commitment to solar and wanted to help me accomplish it. They are also local, which a lot of the companies I looked at weren't. The quote Sun Directed gave me was within my budget, and they said it would cover most of my electric needs. Their staff was professional and quick, once they started; we didn't have to do anything but sit back and let them work. I'm pleased to say that, now the panels are installed, they provide far more of my power needs than Sun Directed originally estimated and the amount I pay to my power company plus the payments I make to the finance company for the panels is no more than what I used to pay to the power company alone. If you aren't considering this team for your solar project, you are missing out! I reached out to see if they could install in my area and unfortunately I am too far (Pittsburgh). But Jacob has been a great help to me! He answered all of my questions, explained how a back-up battery would work, and gave pointers for me to use when evaluating other providers closer to me. He even called me when he felt emails were not efficient enough. All while knowing he couldn't have me as a customer since I am out of their service area. Amazing! I wish you would install in Pittsburgh and that all installers were as upfront and personal as you!

If you are even thinking about solar speak to Jacob Mann at Sun Directed. We just finished up a Tesla project that was planned for several months and each phase went very well. Absolute pleasure working with Jacob and hope I can work with him again. Everything is off to a good start with solar generation, and I'll update on system performance once I get some data over the next several months.

We worked with Sun Directed to install a rather large photo-electric system in a field below our home. The people have been great, throughout the whole project, and beyond. Nice, knowledgeable people. They adjusted the angle of the panels and installed micro-controllers for each panel to adapt it to our setting, and now, each year, we get more production that expected form the system. The web-based interface to track production is really cool, and it makes it easy to document productivity and sell the clean energy credits. And when I wanted to branch off to add electricity to an out building, they helped me do that as well. We are VERY happy, after two years.

I'm so impressed by their work and commitment to bringing solar to PA. Their custom designs maximize the power I can make and they look good too! I'm also impressed by how powerful and affordable home solar is--and by how much we can power from panels on the roof and store in the backup battery system too.
