Best chocolate ever! Warning to all who aren't familiar with the quality of Brown's chocolate - don't hold your chocolate Easter Bunny in your hand while waiting at the counter. It will quickly melt just from the warmth of your hand! 🙂 Dark chocolate is perfect. If you like coconut, try their "Haystack". Cherry cordials, & stem-on dipped cherries are luscious. Right now they have all sorts of flavors of filled "eggs" wrapped in bright colors. Small shop with old fashioned charm. Prices are good for the quality of the product, and yet not as expensive as some supposedly "high-end" candies. Well worth it!

I've been shopping here for years for Valentines Day, Birthday's, Christmas and other special occasions.
There prices are a bit high, but once you taste their chocolates it's worth it..
The staff is always helpful and friendly. It's truly a shopping "Local" experience any "Big Box Store" can't come close to...

Fabulous homemade chocolates!! Smooth and creamy. The caramels melt in your mouth. The caramel is buttery soft and is never hard or sticky. Prices for the quality are excellent. Will buy again and again.

Bought a one pound box of creams and one 1/2 pound box for a friend. 24 pieces in the lb, only 8 in 1/2 lb box I was so embarrassed!! Not to mention that is over a dollar a piece!!!! Called to get it corrected (had to be a mistake) been buying candy there since I can remember and boxes are always full, they said very curtly "no mistake" we weight the boxes. No I'm so sorry, we'll make it right, nothing!!! What happened to small town common curtesy...sad.

Lady who lives in back has a bad attitude and the young guy who stays there is ignorant and when I told him I only understand some Spanish he called me names and said awfully bad things. My friend with me spoke Spanish when he found out tried to say he want talking about me.
