Over the last several months they have been busy remoldeling the store. The parking lot was re-asphalted. New shopping carts. New signage in the store. New shelving and paint. Also four self checkouts were added. I love their three day sales and their midweek sales. The staff are always happy to assist when asked.

I do instacart in the greater Pittsburgh area and I can tell you I have never come across such a clean and organized store as this one is it's really and I mean really straight as it can be

The store itself isn't bad. They have a decent selection of goods. The staff though are not friendly. In fact they're just rude. Rolling eyes. Completely ignoring you in line. Not even a hello, good afternoon, how's it going. Just eye rolls. When you finish and pay they practically through your receipt at you and just walk away.

Ran in to get a few things and went to register 3 to get rung up, stood there for 2 minutes and was ignored. I asked the young ladies at register 4 do they know where the cashier is they said yes right next to you helping the cashier bag on register 2. The young ladies told her I was waiting to be rung up she looked at them and me and ignored us and just stood there after she was done bagging. I went over to the young ladies on register 4 they rung me up and then I asked to speak to a manager. I informed the manager on what happened and all he said was thanks for sharing that with me and walked away. This is what happens in today’s society when you are a black person. Next time I will record with my phone and expose shop n save for how they treat black people.

Store is great! Good prices and everything, but mobile payments at the self checkout need to be changed, I got a bag of Tostitos and a gallon of tea for $9.38 and used it with my mobile pnc debit card but for some reason it didn’t take it, did it again and still wouldnt take it, this nice lady that works at the store nicely offered to help, then the third time it didn’t go through, then went to a register and finally worked, when I went back to my car to check my bank account to see if it took anything out and suddenly it took all three $9.38 cancelled payments out of my bank account, then went back to the store and got a refund for those, and thankfully it’s back thanks to the customer service team. I will be back here and I do not mind this place at all it’s just the mobile payments at self checkout need a work.

It’s convenient & usually I have a good experience.. but the last couple times the meat I got smelled spoiled the day I bought it ..they are selling expired meat. I had to throw away meat. I will not shop here for meat products… waste of money.
