For work I have to be on my feet a lot for various events. And having bad feet the last thing I want is shoes that aren't fashionable. The BEST thing I ever did was go to Plum Bottom where they helped me find L'Amour des Pieds sassy black pumps. It was the most I had ever spent on a pair of shoes - and worth every single penny. When I got a Christmas jingle a year later I practically ran back for another pair in blue.

When I needed a pair of loafers I knew right where to go. After raising kids and putting everyone first it's long overdue to treat myself. I may be one of the oldest at our office, but my shoes sure don't reflect that.

Carla & Andrea have an amazing store & staff! I always love coming into this store especially when the seasons change to update my shoe wardrobe. Everyone is very accommodating, the staff is always willing to find shoes in my size online and I love that they now have clothing & accessories! This is a must-stop shoe stop in the Harrisburg area!

You better love your shoes because you can’t return them. I’ve had mine for less than a week and now after wearing them to work a few times, I find that they are too tight around the toes and are causing me discomfort which I in no way was able to know while in the store. But now because I’ve worn them “on the street,” they ineligible for a return. Be wary because if you are ready to drop nearly $200 on a pair of shoes that you can’t return, they better be the best shoes you’ve ever worn. Ridiculous return policy.

Small store with a nice selection of women's shoes. I purchased On Clouds here and Naots at the other location. The store hours are more convenient at this location but the selection is smaller. Both stores sell comfortable, higher-end footwear. The prices are worth the stylish comfort and support.

I can't say enough good things about this Women Owned Business in Camp Hill and Harrisburg. They offer a wonderful selection of women's shoes that are fashionable yet extremely comfortable. Every-time I shop at Plum Bottom, the customer service has been exceptional. I took my Mother In-Law shopping here last year and she's been telling her friends, not only because of the fabulous selections, they also do a wonderful job catering to women with unique needs such as bunions, wide feet, narrow feet, arch support etc.

Very nice people and shoe selection. However the refund policy is conservative and unrealistic for a shoe store. Meaning you wear them to try them out and they can’t be returned. My shoes were very beautiful and handmade and I was buying them to wear starting a few months later for work. However trying them in the store and walking in them for 2 minutes wasn’t enough time to know that they would scrape my ankles, cause significant discomfort when on my feet for hours, and weren’t the optimum fit. No return, no exchange in store, no store credit. For this reason I will not return. Had I known, I might have walked around the store for 30 minutes in the shoes to purchase them confidently.

By far this was the BEST shoe shopping experience ever!Carla listened to my foot saga of needing to add my own orthotics, wide enough for a thick warm sock, not rub my bunions or my high instep riddled with midfoot arthritis.
I am used to settling for what fits and feels good but not having such an amazing selection of actual stylish shoes. Many times I have felt like my purchase was ugly but hey they fit and didn't hurt so I didn't have much choice. However, Carla was certain I could get great comfortable well as on trend fun shoes. I left with booties as well as the most comfortable Ava loafers that feel like clouds. They were having an Ava shoe special and a contest to give away a free pair. So I filled out an entry and headed home. I never win anything but...I got a call that night that I won and could come in to pick out any pair of Ava shoes or boots in stock!!
Gotta say, I LOVE THIS STORE!!!
