We have been customers of Bradley Michaels for many years and have always had a very good experience. Brad has helped us decorate almost every room in our home. Michael worked very hard to make our furniture arrive to our new home within a few days of moving in. Anytime we needed anything both Brad and Michael were happy to help us.
We are looking forward to working with both Brad and Michael again. Together they both helped us create a beautiful home.
We couldn't be happier with their service, their talent for decorating, and their professionalism.

We bought a leather reclining couch from them last January. While it was delivered at reasonable time, it came with what we perceived defected. When we would sit on the couch, it would creek more than expected. I should mention that the couch came without any paperwork. We immediately contacted them about this problem. At first there was no reply. We called, emailed and eventually just showed up at the store. We were given promises that they had contacted the manufacturer and the problem would be resolved. After months of waiting, I contacted the manufacturer directly, and they set the process forward. As it turned out, there were some structural issues that needed to be address. This process took over eleven months to resolve. The manufacturer tried to get in touch with the store, and they didn't even get a response. I went to Bradley Michaels because I thought they would stand behind their product. I am very disappointed in the way they do business.

We love Bradley Michael’s! Recently received a new bedroom set for master bedroom. Not only is the set beautiful, the set arrived in mint condition. The delivery guys were super neat and did a wonderful job of making sure everything was exactly where we wanted it. Michael was very helpful in selecting pieces that fit perfect in our room. Would definitely recommend for future purchases.

Ordered dinning furniture- first ordered table, 6 chairs and china closet on March 19 and buffet table on March 22. The table,chairs and china closet were delivered in seven weeks, were as the buffet table was delivered on 8/1/24, 132 days later. Micheal had lied several times about when it would be delivered! The furniture is beautiful but if do not mind waiting over one third of a year for the entire set to be delivered go ahead and order some thing; I for one will NEVER go back. PS I had paid for everything when ordered!!

We have recently remodeled our home with new furniture from Bradley Michael’s including our master bedroom and bath room, and our daughters room and installed new carpeting from them in our formal living room and dining room, stairs and hallway. We were so impressed with the overall quality, customer service, and professionalism that we incurred from them. Both Michael and Bradley were both so personable , reliable, dedicated, and focused on beautifying our home. Their show room is absolutely gorgeous and full of impressive and unique designs. I would highly recommend them for any or all of your upcoming furniture and carpeting needs.

Our experience at Bradley Michaels has been great. In the last six months or so we’ve purchased a dining room set (Yutzy, made in Ohio) and family room furniture made in the USA, and we plan to use them in the future. Brad and Michael are very helpful - even when I changed my mind about a dining room chair style after leaving the store, Michael graciously took care of it. Brad came to the house with fabric samples and measured the room to help us come up with a game plan. This was incredibly helpful because it really does make a difference seeing the colors/textures in the space. He absolutely knows what he’s doing, and what I’ve really appreciated is a low-pressure experience with him. He knows we like an eclectic look and have a budget, so we may get things at a later date or from other places as well, and it’s all ok. Many high-quality items made in the USA that take some time to receive, but worth the wait. Even delivery was a good experience.

Bradley Michael's Furniture was so helpful while I was building my new home. Michael helped me pick out many new pieces for our home, but he offered so much more than just buying furniture. While building, Michael met with me at the lighting gallery to pick all of the lighting for the house. Their design consultation didn't stop there. They were always just a phone call away to answer any question I had throughout the whole process, such as paint colors, carpet selections, etc. Once the house was finished and furniture was delivered, Brad then stepped in to help out with decorating the house. Again, I couldn't be more happier with the level of service they provided and still continue to provide.
