The Detroit style pizza is incredible. I never ate pizza the next day that was better than the first day until today, absolutely delicious! Besides that, the customer service was also incredible! I can’t wait to come back, keep it up! My wife n I got their SB special (pizza, popcorn, soft pretzels n crawlers) n even the brown butter black truffle popcorn was incredible n very reasonable for what u get. I’d go back for dinner later if I didn’t have leftovers!

Awesome brewing company with some delicious food offerings as well! Definitely worth checking out. I got to try out their margherita pizza and chocolate chip cookies.

The portions are amazing for the price. Such a huge pie, but very nice thin crust, for just just $16. Definitely reasonable. The quality is also quite high. Nice char on the bottom, adequate amount of sauce and cheese. It definitely hits the spot if you’re looking for some thinner crust pizza.

The chocolate chip cookies were also pretty good. They also had peanut butter ones. The cookies did have a slightly strange burnt aftertaste. Still, I enjoyed them. They had loads of thick chocolate chunks that were delicious. Amazing portion.

All in all, I like this place a lot. Very tasty pizza, great people, and I’ve heard the drinks are also great. Would definitely recommend!

Tried out Truss brewing for the first time last week. The food is excellent. We ordered the filet steak and cheese and a pizza. 10/10 recommend. The ciders and beer were tasty too! Staff was friendly as well. 🙂

I cannot recommend Truss enough. Everything they serve is phenomenal. Truss is our go to for alcohol AND food. We recently had the pleasure of having them cater our daughter’s first birthday party and every person raved about the food. They were also super helpful in the planning of the menu and coordinating pickup the day of the party. The owner went above and beyond.

Made a great random decision to stop on our way home from kennywood. Such nice people. Best chicken I ever had with some great beer. Loved the Jalapeno cucumber seltzer. They also had a neat bottle cooler with local sodas.

I would totally recommend Truss Brewing Company to cater any event you are having! We had turkey breast with Thyme Au Jus, sweet potatoes with coconut crème fraiche and broccoli! Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection! I also had our growlers filled with their hard cider and the Hazy IPA! Thank you for making our Easter dinner fantastic!

Finally went down and tried this place with some friends, we had heard good things about it but never venture to that side of the city. Well, it's worth it! I'll definitely make the trip again, great beer and food, and the workers are super nice.

First time visiting and let me tell you, it's a must stop! Mark (owner) and Alyssa made our visit special. The beer was delicious (Red Brick and Mortar). The surprise factor was absolutely the food. We had the beet hummus, which should be in my diet daily, by the way. The filet tips, ribs, chicken, pasta, and mac n cheese did not disappoint. Yes, we obviously like to eat! I'm a beer lover, but it's a true gem when the food is as equally craveable. I especially loved Mark sharing his story about how they created the beet hummus thanks to his daughter. My favorite color is purple too 💜 Thanks again for a memorable first visit, and we will certainly make this a regular place to go!
