I could not get over how rude I was treated on the phone. All I wanted to know is if she specifically had black lace dresses. She started ranting about how I needed to come in the shop. How busy could she be? I am looking for a specific style of dress and have been searching everywhere. The shop is only open 10-5 and I don't live nearby. I work in the city of Pgh 3 days a week and live outside of Allegheny county. She was very nasty toward me. No wonder the other reviewer hung up on her. Guess she doesn't need the business! I am very upset and disappointed about this. I can't believe she treats potential customers that way.

Mindy is a very nice lady and runs a very nice store they have all kind of good merchandise for women and little trinkets and stuff to put around frames and little gifts you can get just a lot of knick knacks and stuff and she's willing to work with you with the price

First time visiting the store. I wasn't greeted at all. Some things looked outdated that were for sale. I did buy a few things, however, when I got home I noticed that the size was a large and it was on the xl rack so I didn't even pay any mind. I also bought a jacket that was Sam's Club brand and the price was more than what Sam's sells them for brand new.

This quaint little shop has something for everyone. It is nicely organized with an excellent selection of clothing, home decor, furniture, and knick knacks. Parking is a little dicey as you must back out on a rather busy street and there is little turn around room. I look forward to shopping there again.

This place is wonderful. Clean and what’s so nice about the store is she doesn’t just have clothes but household items. There also is an entire section with furniture. Worth stopping in. One of my favorite consignment shops around!!

Not a good experience consigning at this store. The owner consistently changes her “policies” for consigning without any notification. When questioned on anything she becomes rude, evasive, and condescending. She sold many of my items with very little profit to me. Her tag pricing is very confusing and misleading. Bottom line, I will not consign or purchase here again. I do not recommend The Buttonhole.
