We use the UPS store. Great service. It always appears busy but the staff take care of you very quickly.

Viewing the signage for this shopping district gives some indication of the character of the Pleasant Hills community. Pharmacy, wine and spirits, eyeglasses, and banking.

There is a memorial garden adjacent to the parking area, which is thriving, though I wish more planning had gone into the seating area and provision for shade. The street lighting at night between the bank and the coffee shop could be improved, as it is quite dark and a pedestrian can easily trip on uneven sidewalk. The sidewalk is handicap accessible, with adequate parking lot signage as well.

The trash cans were recently removed and I am not sure whether this was due to extremely hot summer weather.

One store is vacant at this time and I don't know whether there are plans for it. I can think of a number of interesting uses.

A nice little strip mall. Eateries, nails, bank, drug store, coffee place and two bars around the corner.

The stores are not the problem; you'll find Atria's (not the best I've been to), Primo hoagies (very good), Coffee Tree Roasters, UPS etc...
Parking on the other side is busy all the time. Plus going in and out of the lot on Old Clairton Rd can be quite dangerous at times. The parking spots are enough, it's just the layout that could be improved.
