The clothing quality is beautiful, the customer service is unsatisfactory. Please stay away from Dayle who is miserable and will only accommodate on their terms. I asked to process a return and this person tried to turn me away because they have long drive and they were closing in ten minutes. I’d choose another Orvis retailer if you want customer service on par with the prices you pay.

Excellent customer service ensuring that one receives the right style and size of their high quality merchandise. The salespeople are personable and courteous, not only cashiers. The prices are moderate and very reasonable, especially if you sign up and receive coupons.

A nice place, great staff, long on apparel and short on fishing gear. Though, to be candid, it has more fly gear than anywhere in the greater Philadelphia area I've seen. Also, they sponsor fishing trips and hist free fly tying sessions.
