Fast, professional, and friendly service! I stopped by Gulf Express for an oil change, and they had me in and out in no time. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything without any pressure to upsell. I’ll definitely be returning for my next service!

I went there to receive an oil change which i got but for some reason after receiving my car would smoke when running for not even 5 minutes. i went elsewhere to see what the problem was come to find out the guy (not sure if he was new or just didn’t know what he was doing) overfilled my tank which was causing it to leak elsewhere in my engine. the secondary place cleaned off the oil as much as they could and i had returned to Gulf to let them know what had happened but they refused to take any accountability for it stating that it was not their fault and that other places were leaking (mind you, I’ve never had this problem until going to them). fast forward i just received an oil change a few days ago and have no experienced any smoking/leaking/overheating whatsoever.

For anyone to give this place a bad review for being short staffed for a day or two is absurd. Unfortunately sometimes people do call off when they are sick. Ted you have to be a complete jerk and think you are entitled. This place is always fast and super nice. Get a life dude

I stopped by Gulf today for an oil change today. They communicated well and have a great knowledge of vehicles. I usually use Valvoline for my oil changes and they informed me that my oil coolant filter was too tight. They put a little oil in my car for free and sent me on my way to resolve my problem. I don't think Valvoline would have even mentioned it to me. I will be using this Gulf location in the future. Thank you to the dudes working today

Quick and easy. Paid $85 for 4.75 quarts of full synthetic. The guys working were friendly and helpful. Didn't give me any trouble when I asked for a different oil than my car is supposed to take. They also topped off my tires.

A bit more than what I'd pay to do it myself but the convenience is hard to beat.

This is my first time at this location and I am so very ecstatic when I pulled up after hours (15 minutes past their closing time) that they pleasantly serviced me with a smile and no hesitation. I assumed they were still open because the lights were on nice and bright and they were servicing someone when I pulled up but little did I know when I checked the website they surely were closed.

It really meant a lot to me that they didn’t turn me away because I was prepared to with respect for their time. And I really needed air in my tires and I was overdue for an oil change.

Darn I didn’t catch the gentleman’s names but today is 2/2/2022 and currently 6:04pm and just finished up and am a very very happy soon to be new loyal customer.
