Went in bought 2 subs 2 drinks and chips paid for them waited never received so we asked where is our food lady said they gave our food away asked if we wanted them to make new sandwiches we said yes 5 min later we asked they never even put order in
Worst service ever and bad thing is they dont even care. If you are smart go elsewhere to buy your food

Ordered online. Came about 15-20min later ✅ driver was nice and followed all delivery instructions. Food was fresh, portion size good and came Just the way I requested. Perfect thank you 🙏

Tried to place a delivery order through Uber Eats. Within seconds of placing the order, this Jersey Mike’s store cancelled it with no explanation. I tried to call the store to ask why, and if I should retry, and the phone number listed does not work.

We had a pretty bad experience here. My girlfriend and I ordered together but they forgot to make my order so she was already done eating before they even started making mine. When they finally realized that they forgot to make the order, they rushed to get it to me. In the process of rushing, they left the cheese completely unmelted and gooped up into the one corner of the sandwhich. On top of that they ripped the bun in half, making the sandwich basically impossible to eat without making a huge mess. Also the sandwich was significantly smaller (by about 2 inches I would say) than usual. I asked the manager for another sandwich and they at least courteous enough to make one but the manager didn’t seem at all concerned with the fact that they were selling sandwiches this low of quality. He seemed annoyed to have to make it again. In general the whole vibe here was very lazy, not especially clean and all around just lacking any pride. I would not recommend this location to others.

We did a pickup order and it was ready on time and made accurately. Tasted great and hit the spot! It’s hard to find a good cold roast beef sub, worth the 20 minute drive out here

The food is decent. If you go plan to wait a while. I pre ordered 3 hot subs. App said the order would be ready at 5:22pm. About 30 min after I ordered it. I’m sitting in the store as I type this at 5:38, with 5-10 minutes to wait still.
Get better. Prob won’t be back to this location for a while.

Apparently they’re running a “order & pay for 4 sandwiches but only get 3 of them” special. Second time this has happened at this location.
