Great place to do business with. We rented a 15 foot truck for our move next month and realized we needed to upgrade to a 20 foot truck. We went there and for an extra ten dollars and ten minutes later had the 20 foot truck reserved for the move. Awesome staff. I wish I could have gotten their names, but they were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. We had no issues at all. It was a pleasure doing business with them!

The Pleasant Hills location has always been the most helpful and accommodating group I've ever dealt with! They are quick to help correct when you've picked the wrong vehicle to rent and extremely polite! The manager of this store and his employees deserve a commendation of excellence!

I am having the most nightmare move from Va to Pa. Only the thoughtful and kind people working at the Pleasent Hills U-Haul made it bearable. They held everything I own the extra time I needed while I waited at the Hilton for my new house to be ready. Unbelievably great customer service. Don’t use anyone else for your U-Haul needs. I can not thank them enough!!

Went to pick up a 20’ truck this morning. Lady that I had asked me an estimated round trip I said 30-40 miles, not really thinking it mattered. I got charged an original $100 holding fee at the start of the day, which I thought was fine. I call in after I returned the truck and get told that my round trip was 38 miles and I got charged an extra $98 for gas on top of the $100 fee. No information was ever disclosed to me about their policies and how I would be getting charged. Don’t recommend going business with a place that doesn’t fully disclose extra surcharges. Also, if the mileage was that important, why was I not disclosed any info going into my rental at the store / before. Won’t be renting again.

Shouldn't get a star. Customer service was horrible from the boy working behind the counter. Over talked and wouldn't allow me to say anything. When I did he told me I didn't allow him to speak and was denying service. Would never recommend this branch

Flawless experience. Nicest vehicles of any Uhaul I've been to. My guy, Bevilacqua, was hustling to take care of people, too. I mean, the dude was literally running to fix a mechanical issue with another customer so he could get to me to check my truck back in. I heard the other customer compare him and the mechanic to a NASCAR pit crew and I won't say he's wrong.

Made a reservation for a 10' truck. No issues. Got to the store and was told "we don't have any 10' trucks". I shouldn't have been able to reserve one then, or they should've told me that would be the case. They made it up by giving me a 15' truck at the same price, but it was much more difficult to maneuver, which is why I wanted the smaller one in the first place. The communication is incredibly poor. And their follow-up survey was incredibly disingenuous. Asked what I liked and then wanted just that posted to Google. Never asked if I had any issues or complaints. Well, here they are.
