Good Afternoon Google Family. I am surprised that Google prompted me to write a review for this place. I have visited this location before. I bought Mom a bedspread and sheets. Today, I bought a bag and wallet for myself. My wallet was done and so was my bag. I consider myself thrifty. I do not like to purchase things until I absolutely need it. I wait until my items are totally worn out. I am more concerned with paying and getting rid of my debt. Okay, Google Family. Happy Holy Saturday and have a blessed Resurrection Day.

boscovs is my go to for inside store apparel! It’s very easy to get in and out. although I end up staying more than I ever intend to. Macys may be bigger but Boscovs has its own department for Junior wear (older teens and us women who want to remain young!) prices seem less when they are on sale or clearance. A big selection for Womens PJS. Most shoes appear for comfort. Yes, heels can be therapeutic, they are like walking all a cloud! If the look of a pocketbook comes before the branding. They again have a big selection. High end make up, channel perfume. The male manager is fantastic however there is a “Betty” who was underdressed. Had an attitude from the start. Tossing my clothes and throwing what I ended up not purchasing. It was approaching closing time. She’s giving me the rush act “ordering me” to be faster. Mind you. I was purchasing more than $300 in sales. Not just some $10 item. The never happened because she failed to pull up the transaction. I’ve had my share of agitated staff but not as bad a the individual I mentioned above. It’s wonderful Boscovs has shopping carts. I’m moving as fast as I can. The young gentleman was as well. I’m placing my items on the counter and Betty actually called me “inconsiderate” I told her that’s a pretty big word. She prattled on about those that need to take the bus. I asked her “any other names you’d like to call me that the male manager should be appear of” she return never ended up happening nor did she give me another option, I didn’t want cash all I wanted was her to take the brand new item back. She may of ended up saying Thankyou or goodbye but it was insincere. And sent me on my way. Now I will not let that accept my shopping experience per say but as a paying customer, stand your ground, Afterall isn’t the customer always right? Still I give the dept store 5 stars but certainly not for most the staff. Speak to the manager, he is great!

Returned a jacket for a different size and the price had dropped a couple bucks. Shopping sales with wife on her bday so everyone is super happy. There are some really great deals to be had and we found a few.

Great prices for your Christmas pleasure.
You can't beat great prices. We're helping a family to get school supplies and found a lot of great prices.
But do yourself a favor and check out prices at other stores. You may get your supplies at a better price m

Half the price of Macy's for the same items. A busy store with some long queues as always but bargains too.
Boscovs keeps the Mall open as over half the enterprise spaces are shut down or trading at low levels.
The store may tho be at risk; a high proportion of items are made in China; high tariffs to reduce imports and cheaper competitive products from 2025, will be a huge commercial threat to the business and jobs.
We go for good quality brands at low prices and so support the store.

Great department store with friendly staff members. The store has basically anything you need.

The biggest downside is the space in the store. It feels really congested and tight. It's hard to maneuver down aisles and get around people.

I’ve been going to Boscov’s for 20+ years never had a problem until Sunday evening. Lucy in the fragrance department is racist and ignorant. I want to another cashier with my concerns and was told to contact Barb in the morning because Supposedly Lucy was the supervisor for that day, which was a shock.

Great selection and awesome prices well staffed with helpful people. I got a baithing suit here last week and a winter coat this week and combined it was still under $50.
