We were from CT on a hunting trip to PA when our front left tire completely fell off. After the wrecker delivered us to Rainbow we were back on the road again in an hour and fifteen minutes! We only lost 3 hours total off our trip. These guys were fast, professional, and even though they knew we had to keep driving right away and the fact that they didn’t know me from Adam they treated us fair and without rip off. Don’t waste your money here. I bought parts for my clutch to be fixed, rainbow did the labor which was $1100. Apparently I got the wrong clutch plate and instead of getting the right clutch plate or even giving me a call, the clutch plate with 250k miles on it was put back in my car and only the slave cylinder was replaced. It makes no sense to pay all that labor and not replace the clutch plate. The repair only lasted 8k miles. I was charged $1100. This was the second time I had a bad experience here. First time was to replace my thermostat and heater core due to no heat. The thermostat was replaced, big job, charged over $300 just for labor and was told that I didn’t need the heater core replaced and that the car possibly needs a water pump. My boyfriend changed the heater core out which actually was a very easy job and I did not need a water pump. I would give this shop a zero if I could! I will never waste money here again

Lifesaver on the Road!

As I was preparing to drive from PA to NY, I noticed that my car (a QX60) might be low on oil. I stopped at the nearest gas station, but when I tried to check the oil level, I struggled to find where to replace the dipstick—the location is really hidden! Just as I was getting frustrated, a kind man named Aerosmith noticed our struggle and didn’t hesitate to offer his help. He took charge of the situation, expertly added 2 quarts of oil for us, and made sure everything was in order before we continued our journey. His professionalism and willingness to assist total strangers were truly impressive. Thank you, Aerosmith, for being a lifesaver on the road!

Drove around everywhere to try and find someone to switch over my tires no one would. I was able to drop off my tires and they got them done super quick and were very nice. highley recommend.

Great guys! They even tell you up front, you can order the parts yourself and bring them in to save money. They hoisted my car up on the lift and even took me under the car to show me what is wrong with it. It's definitely worth the money, and if you bring cash you get a discount for that too.

My wife and I have been using Rainbow for more than 20 years; I have never had an issue with anything that Al recommended. He has gone out of his way to help us numerous times and we have been absolutely delighted with his service. He has always taken the extra time to show me exactly what needed to be fixed and why.
My wife used Al for about 5 years before I ever met him and if he was going to take advantage of anyone it would have been her; but he never did.
To anyone complaining about high prices, you spend a little more to get quality service and work; I have found it worth every cent we ever paid to Rainbow.
