I go here to enjoy an entire morning or afternoon shopping through beautiful produce, spacial aisles, elegant presentation. The prepared food is better than Whole Foods and more reasonable. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. At the entrance staff immediately asked how they could help make my shopping experience. We got freshly made, oven baked pizza, sushi, it goes on and on. I grabbed a coffee in the indoor Starbucks and had lunch with my mother and friend upstairs. I got lost in the flowers!

I’ve always loved this chain for its authentic, Italian-style pizzas, which I found to be among the best in Pittsburgh. However, my recent visit was a huge disappointment. Upon walking into the store, I was met with an unfriendly attitude from the staff. When I asked for a thin crust, similar to the one I’ve enjoyed at their other locations, I was told that wasn’t possible. Instead, I was served a thick, pie-like pizza that lacked the quality and finesse I’ve come to expect. The pizza itself was bland, poorly made, and not at all up to the usual standard.🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹

What’s even more frustrating is the lack of customer service training. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional, which is especially surprising for a store that dominates the market in this area. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is no longer a priority here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both the product quality and the training of their employees. I’m really hoping this was just a one-off, but unfortunately, it left a bad taste both literally and figuratively.

I love the choices available here, the awesome deli food, hot food & salads to go. They have delicious pizza, hot soups, chili, sandwiches & a cute cafe to sit, watch sports & socialize too!

My first time in one.... and I'll definitely be back! It's amazing how fresh everything was! The samples were delicious, which prompted a purchase! The flowers were beautiful! Prices were pretty good too! It has a dry cleaning service , Starbucks, bar, etc. Truly is a "one stop shop" kinda place!

Big and full of stuff. The grocery selection is about as wide as it gets. Everything from seafood to aged beef and prepared foods. Lots of self checkout and full service. Plenty of employees to help you. It's just not an amazing place to cheap deals.

Great Market, like the place says, it's a district! Amazing Bakery inside and the food from Deli is delicious!

Definitely the highlight personally I think is the Bakery. They have fancy, fun and tasty treats and cakes! 🍰

I love the shopping online and pickup option! It's a tremendous help for me and my busy schedule. The curbside team is always kind and courteous to me. Today, after substituting for another brand, they noticed the buns I ordered came in off the truck and put them in for me with such a nice note.
