Mr. Moses is the nice man who runs the shop, and he has all the meats, and meat byproducts that you won't get at a normal grocery store. Whole Mackareau(Mackerel)? Got it. Cow skin? Come on I will show you. Bulk Chicken Gizzard or Beef Kidney? Not my favorites to package, but quality is great after you defrost and cook it. You name it. If it's an African, Caribbean or Latin cultural food staple he has it

Old school corner market, no sandwiches, but all the rest you would expect. Often can find Okra or habanero when you can't find anywhere else. Red palm oil, dried fish, etc but I make sure to get the 12 oz African Shea Butter and that can be difficult to locate. They have both the white and the yellow.
