I wish I could give zero stars. I have a cashew allergy, and this place completely failed to disclose that their smoothies contain cashew milk. In the store, they had signs advertising almond milk, which I can tolerate, so I trusted them and ordered a smoothie. Unfortunately, I got very sick afterward and later discovered online that they use cashew milk and only have disclosures posted on the website. This is not only misleading but also incredibly dangerous for anyone with allergies. I won't be coming back and urge others with allergies to avoid this place.

It's not just the selection of better for you foods that makes Mic's so wonderful - it's the entire ambience. From the moment you step into the store, you feel like you have entered into a kinder, gentler, more caring place. The staff are friendly, the food is delicious AND good for you, and everything is thoughtfully put together. I normally dread grocery shopping, but would happily visit here everyday if I could! There are always new and delicious things to try that keep me coming back.

Absolutely wonderful hidden gem. 10/10. The food is fresh, healthy and tastes incredible. I've loved everything i've tried (especially rhe shrimp, baked parsnips and meatloaf!) The daily menu is a great way to try new things. This is also a perfect spot for grab n go, healthy, unique snacks and beverages. You need to pay Mic's a visit when you're in the area. No other place in the city compares!

Got a breakfast burrito and coffee to go. Both were fantastic. Awesome selection of snacks and staples. Def need to check this place out if you're in the area!! 10/10 recommend!

Good selection of items. I tried the Erika and it was great. A bit pricey, but 99% of the things in the store are hard to come across in regular stores. Only thing is that I wish they took cash.
