This is a very nice store! The help is so friendly and very helpful on information on the products. I’ll drive two cities away pay a bridge toll and double the gas just to come to this place! Hands down the very best shopping experience! And the deals are always amazing! Top notch quality and service right here! Get yourself and who ever you can drag with you to this place! Today, Victoria was the sales rep that my lady and I spoke with and she was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and quick with answers to our more detail orientated questions! Great staff, beautiful location and some of the best deals! This is my home store!

Amazing place, great prices, products, and most importantly for me, STEVIE. It was my first time in, and I was accommodated and helped with empathy and compassion. Unfortunately due to some head traumas, speaking can be difficult for me at times, as the words in my head don't always connect vocally, and it takes a bit of time for me to speak and get everything I need to say to come out. Thus, when you have businesses that are trying to get people in and out, I am overlooked or rushed to make a purchase. Stevie was such a sweetheart, made me feel so welcomed, reassured me that she would take all the time I needed to help me, and it felt wonderful to be heard and taken care of with such grace.
I also want to shout out to AMANDA, who although was not my budtender at this location, she has served me a few times before at other stores, and has always been a true gem. Thankyou guys, and good job Zips!!!

Asked for quality, paid for quality but got what tasted like outdoor weed. I know I was new customer but don't sell me your crap. Got a 60$oz on 38th that was better than the 150 oz from them. Wont take their advice go with what you know. Went there cuz my daughter lives right there and goes all the time but next time will only buy name brands I know.

So been going there at night cause that's when I get off work so I basically been served by all night shift staff the Latin looking lady (sorry didnt have another way to refer)had her birthday celebrated at the store a few weeks ago , yesterday refused to serve me and sent me to another counter. Guess cause am African and don't speak English very good as you guys, once I enter the store they start laughing or whistling just signaling each other. Dreads guy cool , Florida lady and Chinese lady (sorry for calling you that)
After a long day at work I just wonna come and get me a smoke and go home and chill.I should be happy coming to get that joint you sell that happiness and you're taking away that from me one deserves to be treated that way but life's never fair. Thank you
