I came in today to inquire about a high drop shoe walking in my walking boot. Instead of being entertained and assisted by the store clerk focused her attention to the couple who came behind me that inquired about tennis shoes. Don't come to this store, you'll just get grief and dismal. None of the clerk offered to help me at all. This store was recommended by my foot doctor, now I wonder if there's a relationship between them. So I went to Schechers where I was greeted warmly and assisted profoundly!

Google reviews has this place as "affordable shoes for all" it's not. But I can see the shoes are good quality I just can't afford 150 bucks for shoes

Poor customer service Saturday morning. Great selection in appearance but not enough in stock to even try on most of what I needed. This store was recommended to me for dress shoes that would be super soft and supportive. The customer service I received was terrible. The salesperson mumbled, couldn’t be bothered to make alternate suggestions, and seemed annoyed by questions. When my heel slipped out of one size, she said the bigger size would be too big so that was that. She said they didn’t have anything else in stock and she offered no other suggestions or explanations for what might work. I found much better service at another store and will be giving them my business.

Excellent variety. The employee who worked with me made me wait for quite some time while she gossiped with another employee. She was surly, rude, and tried her best to get me out of the store. My doc sent me to get specific shoes and inserts (close to $250) which I ordered and now 3.5 weeks later I’m still waiting. I plan to cancel mainly because I cannot stand the thought of paying a lot of $ while being treated so poorly. I give up. That lady wins. I will never return.

Update: called to cancel and spoke to a lovely person (Kate) who usually works at the federal way store. My shoes came in December 19 and I guess the rude person decided to punish me and not let me know. Since Kate will be there to help me AND enlighten me on the proper use of the inserts (and I do not have to put up with ill treatment), I am going to go through with the sale. I would suggest avoiding this location and using the Federal Way store instead.

6/25/24 Went into store today looking for wide shoe 4E with 12mm heal drop. Lady working there looked at me as if I was speaking a foreign language. She proceeded to bring me a Hoka shoe. I reiterated that I needed at least a 12 mm heal to toe drop. I did this because I knew this particular Hoka shoe only had a 5mm drop. She said I don't know any shoe that have that big of a drop....she also couldn't tell me what the shoe she brought me out to try on had for a heal to toe drop. I told her thank you but, I should probably go somewhere that was more familiar with shoes and specifically the fit of shoes. I was very disappointed that I knew more than her.... hard to believe that this place was recommended by another store.

Could not be happier with my experience at this store. I waited to leave a review because I wanted to see if my shoes and insoles actually made a difference. And what a return on my investment. I am 33 years old, I work 10 hour shifts (mostly on my feet the entire time) and I was starting to develop plantar's fasciitis. Because it was just starting to creep up, I wanted to see if lifestyle changes might fix my pain before I go spending hundreds of dollars on custom orthotics and podiatrist appointments. The ladies at this store immediately greeted me and treated me like a queen. I was actually taken aback a little because I've never received such great customer service at a shoe store. They were also very knowledgeable about the features of each shoe that I tried. I came away with Hoka shoes for work, special inserts for better arch support, and some Vionic slippers to wear around the house - because I am a busy mom and foot health matters to me at home too. These Hoka shoes must be popular because I saw several women come and go to buy some while I was deciding which shoe worked for me. I did spend a little over $300 after tax out the door, but still less than those custom orthotics would've cost me - and I must say it's been a difference of NIGHT AND DAY with my pain. It's nearly vanished! I will absolutely be returning to this store in the future and I am so grateful for all of their assistance! The woman who helped me even took the time to teach me a few different ways to tie my laces to maximize comfort. I wish I could remember her name, but unfortunately mom brain strikes again. I will never forget the experience though, and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in a similar situation. Worth every single penny!

They have lovely selections, great shoes for people who wear or need to wear orthotics, or need shoes that have better support, etc. The prices are same as online, so no need to competitively shop elsewhere.
I gave 3 stars because they do not have enough associates, and you may have a longer wait to get assistance. Super frustrating as they only have daytime business hours - I had to leave work an hour early to get to the store and then wait almost 25 minutes to get assistance. After standing for 15 mins, I sat down, only to be pointed out by her, and she yelled at another associate "did you know she was here!"
You may be thinking this is exaggerated, but I waited almost 20 minutes with 3 different shoes in front of me...only to be approached by 2 different people to ask if I wanted to try on the shoes...but they kept walking away. When I finally received the shoes to try on, no one stayed to help me, and I discovered that the shoes were not the size requested, nor even the SHOES I requested! When I finally received an associate to help me, she made me move to a different bench to try on the wrong sized shoes. I tried explaining to her that they were the wrong size, and she grilled me to find out my shoe size, then chastise me for having the wrong sized shoes (that they brought me).

When I finally was trying to purchase my shoes they gushed about how I would be missing out on 'deals' if I didn't sign up for their rewards program, but also complained about how busy they were.
Overall, I'm giving them 3 start because they do have some great products, but the lack of associates and poor customer service needs to be worked on.

First time the last was extremely helpful with getting me my prescription insoles
Went in to get another pair but in a wide shoe variety and the lady told me they dont have them. That was it no trying to help find another pair that was suitable
Had no care what so ever about the nerve damage I have or the pain I am in.

Extremely unsatisfactory. Will not come back to pay $70+ for some insoles then to be treated like trash.
Dont waste your time or money find another store
