Always love the great selection and presentation in the Murrysville location. The staff is always incredibly helpful. Cathy and Susan consistently go above and beyond for their customers. They’re both so creative about helping with gift ideas - I often end up adding on because of their smart suggestions! Love shopping at this little local store - highest recommendation

I recently received a gift from Gifted Hands in Murrysville, which was a furry poncho. Initially, I loved it and wore it once, but unfortunately, it shed all over my clothing, and I couldn't remove it with lint rollers or tape. When I returned to the store to explain the situation and inquire about an exchange, I was informed that, due to the elapsed time (more than 30 days), I could only receive a $13 store credit.

I was disappointed not only with the product but also with the lack of customer focus in resolving the issue. The absence of a sincere apology or a proactive effort to make things right left me feeling that my business was not valued. While I've appreciated having a shop with unique gifts and personal items nearby, the overall customer experience fell short.

I hope my feedback can contribute to improvements in customer service and product quality.

I stop in here every year before Christmas to shop for my family and friends. I have NEVER had a bad experience. The staff are so friendly despite the store always being busy when I am there and I love that they take the extra time to gift wrap everything.

I love this shop! There is something for everyone, for every occasion. The staff is consistently wonderful and they are so very helpful in choosing the perfect gift or just something for yourself. The jewelry selection is spectacular! I’ve got my eye on a few pieces!

FIrst time in this store and i was very impressed with the quality of goods, fair price points and excellent service. I was looking for a unique gift for a unique woman and the sales associate, Lianna was a total gem. She was fun and knowledgeable about assisting a clueless guy like me, on what to get. I walked out with a great combination gift of three items which is sure to please!

This place is great for special gifts. I've purchased unique gifts here for Christmas, Mother's Day, and Bridesmaid gifts. They even neatly wrap my purchases for me! Also if you are looking for some unique Pittsburgh-themed gifts, come here. They have a wonderful section for that, too.

I was there on 1-13-23 around 4:00 in the afternoon. There were 2 employees there. Went to check out, and the one woman came over and turned her back on me and started working on something behind the counter. Then a younger girl came over and started a conversation with her. Meanwhile, I am standing at the register, and both of them are completely ignoring me. I had to say “I’m ready,” before the younger girl waited on me. The other woman never even turned around. Neither of them even said one word to me. I was really taken back on how extremely rude they were. I will probably never go back. The funny thing is I was talking to a friend about it, and she said exactly the same thing happened to her, and she’s never gone back since.
