Broken English Italian speaking old lady is extremely rude! She tried correcting my two year old son. When he vocalized to me that he needed me by humming. Then she’s like what’s that? I said the way he communicates to me his needs bet he’s non verbal. She preceded to put her finger to her mouth and said shush and be quiet to my son. I explained then that he had autism and then real snobby said sorry to hear that. I was gonna buy a dress from here but after that attitude towards my special needs son absolutely won’t be back. This place is not autism or special needs friendly at all!

Such a wonderful place! We had to find dress last minute for prom and Autumn and the owner were extremely helpful and just very warm, my daughter loved the experience and the dress was absolutely perfect! They even added jewelry for us.

My daughter had to get a last minute homecoming dress on a Monday. What we didn’t realize is that most dress shops are closed Mondays. This left us looking for somewhere new to shop. With such a short window, we had serious doubts we could find a dress. But we made the trip anyway.
And we’re so glad we did. Miss Carmela is a national treasure. We adore her! Though we made plans to go back for prom, we’d go anyway just to see and talk with her. She knows her stuff ❤️

To be simple I went in and had the expectation to find my prom dress and the owner helped me find a dress in less than 10 minutes. And she said thing that made me feel gorgeous in that dress. She and my mother had a good conversation and my mom doesn't usually chat much so I knew she was a really friendly woman.

TERRIBLE place to shop… as soon as I walked in the older woman didn’t greet me… she immediately asked me what’s my budget, she was very nasty and I did not feel welcome in the store. She yelled at me for trying to take a picture of the dress I was trying on, she said I can only take pictures once I buy the dress. She was totally racist…and was getting nasty over me simply asking if she has a certain dress. I will never shop here, and will make sure to tell everyone I know to never shop here.

1. Although I respected your policy about not taking pictures, there’s nowhere posted in the store that says you can’t take photos. 2. If your dresses are so delicate you prob should let people take photos to refer to. Cause wouldn’t it damage and funk the dresses up more if you have to keep trying them on? (Plus most people aren’t posting dresses they try on, it’s only to help make a final decision on which one to buy). And 3… your “realization” that Im CASUALLY coming in try on dresses is profiling. You’re only hurting yourself because you’re treating bad those who DO have money and have every intention of buying from you. And I’m really saying this to be helpful cause you’ll keep running away customers if you keep this up. I’ll gladly change my review if you make positive changes cause I only left angry from how you treated me and others.

I visited this store on (12-14-21). I had a wonderful experience. I was trying to purchase a black dress shirt for my son. I had been to multiple stores looking for this item. On my way to Macy's I happen upon this store. The woman working was such a sweetheart. She had 1 black shirt in my son's size, some black and gold cufflinks (she taught him how to put them on), and a black vest. The level of customer service was exceptional. I appreciate the time and effort that she showed us. Also, the price was very reasonable. Thank you

Found a beautiful dress, super expensive, friendly staff. They were nice enough to let us pay half and come back later to pay balance. Bill was not correctly itemized, owner failed to properly list sales tax. I came back prepared to pay a certain amount and was told I had to pay more. Lack of communication was quite stressful.
