This shop doesn't respect their customers time.

I used to shop here for every holiday and birthday for my sister, and was happy to support a small business despite the fact that it's way overpriced. A few days before Christmas I checked mall hours and made the 40 minute drive straight from work, arriving 45 minutes before the mall closed. Unfortunately, this store was already closed. I looked the store up online and it turns out they close an hour before the mall. Inconvenient, but fair enough. The next day I called them and asked if they'd be open Christmas eve, since that was the only other day I'd be able to go based on my work schedule. The woman that answered said yes, they'd be open 9-6. I asked her if she was 100% sure, since i was driving a long way and needed to make sure it was worth it. She asked the owner and I heard him in the background confirm they'd be open 9-6. I arrived at 10:30 and sure enough, they were closed. I'll order all the same stuff online for a lower cost from now on. Don't waste your time or money here.

The owners are cheap & overprice their merch probably 200%. I had worked for them in the past & one day I got scolded for telling a customer I could look for something they were interested in in our catalog which I had watched the owner help a customer the same exact way. Got scolded for “waisting” paper towels. Went home early that day & had them calling me harassing me saying I stole his wife’s debit card & spent $200 on it & wanted to know what dumpster I threw it in? They were screaming at me when I had gone straight home.
I go to the mall years later & his wife walks up to me & tells me “you really slit our throat with what you did” in which I proceeded to tell her if I did steal the card, I would of been on camera using it & the cops would of been after me to which she replied “they did” which I’m totally unaware of because I never spoke to police & they never apologized to me for misplacing their card.
I am banned from the store but anything they sell you can find online for half the price. Extremely disrespectful couple.

The store has some really interesting merchandise that might be hard to find elsewhere, but the markup is astronomical; 300% above the listing price on books, for example. Enjoy the shop, but check online before you buy anything there.

I love this store the owner is so knowledgeable. Sonny has such the sweetest personality. Love their crystal candles and incense. The Indian temple incense he sells smells absolutely amazing.

Would not order from store again, horrible support.
Logo size does not match as advertised and support refuses to agree that it is wrong. They will not issue a refund or accept responsibility. Instead they say that the size will not change if they order/send a new one meaning that they are all like this.

My favorite shop in the mall! Amazing vibes and unique products! Perfect spot to get your friends and family unique gifts. Oh and on top of that, everyone who works here is insanely friendly and helpful.

Love this place! Great variety of clothing, tapestries, jewelry, glassware, and an assortment of other accessories. The owner Raj is super friendly and always getting in new items.
