Horrible customer service. They don't stand behind their products at all, and show no empathy when you have an issue. Had my ring resized here right after getting it from them, and within 2 months I was missing 2 diamonds and the band completely broke. They refused to fix the band for free, but my fiance was told all cleanings and fixes were included in the warranty. How am I supposed to wear a ring that's supposed to last year and years, when it barely lasted 60 days? Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Edit:
The way this company responds to negative reviews should say enough about their customer service. They need a small business coach, and a training on professionalism.

Kashi is amazing, he always show us love and respect. My jewelry is always on point and the customer service is never lacking.
