Terrible Service! Irresponsible Handling of Customers’ Belongings!

I am absolutely outraged! I took my watch to Jared Jewelers for a simple battery replacement March 14,2025 15:00 pm, and they ruined it!

The back cover of my watch had a special engraving from my husband that meant a lot to me. After their so-called “repair,” it is now scratched! Clearly, the technician was careless and showed no respect for my belongings.

How can they be so negligent? Replacing a battery is a basic task, yet they still managed to damage my watch. And not a single warning that such damage could occur!

Who is going to compensate me for this damage? This is completely unacceptable! If you value your belongings, stay far away from this place. I will never come back, and I strongly advise others to do the same!

Absolutely love Jared of Monroeville! The staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. My now husband bought my engagement and wedding band at this location this past year. We also bought his band there. It was a great experience from the day he walked into the store. I’ve been there numerous times to get my rings cleaned and everyone is always so helpful. He recently bought me a diamond bracelet for my 50th birthday. I had so many issues with it, from the bracelet breaking to it being too big. The staff was so wonderful and patient with me while it took SEVEN visits to Jared to finally get it resolved. I couldn’t be happier with the final result! We will never go anywhere else for jewelry! Sandy and Veronica and Lila were so great to work with! They were so helpful and accommodating. I think Veronica was just as excited as I was when the bracelet finally fit right! Angela was also very helpful and Bob in the repair shop was the one who solved the issue! Thank you to the entire Jared staff who helped make my 50th bday gift something I will cherish and wear for years!!

Just spent a wonder time with Kate and Bob at Jared with my fiancée to get our wedding bands. They were super informative and nice! Felt at home and we did choose our bands here as well! I would recommend anyone looking for jewelry to come and ask for either Kate, Bob, or the two of them together!

We’ve had an amazing experience with this store and particularly their general manager Kate. We came in wanting a specific ring customized and she did awesome making sure it was exactly as we wanted and helped us find the perfect center diamond!
