I went in for a new pair of work boots and they had a very excellent selection of work boots to choose from. The sales associate that helped me was extremely helpful and very patient with me. He answered every question that I had and went to the back room to get multiple boots for me to try without hesitation or irritation. He even had to go digging her boots that weren't on the shelves for me to try. I highly recommend this place just based on customer service I received.

This has been a great place to buy boots! I believe it still could be.
Stopped in on a weeknight for workboots. I wasn't sure what type that exactly wanted, so I started trying on different styles and brands. We solicited assistance from the little curly haired fellow. He was very knowledgeable but only somewhat helpful. He was VERY loud and pushy. I tried to speak with my wife a few times and he kept interrupting and talking over our conversation. I asked him politely to give us some time and he told me to calm down. I never once lost composure.
I felt like he kept forcing his opinion and stopped taking in what our input was. I finally just purchased a pair so we could leave.
We went to another store, purchased different boots (at a better price), and returned the original boots to Dibs.
We will go back to Dibs, but will not deal with that guy.
