It was the first time I've been to The Exchange. I absolutely loved the experience. They have a lot of stock and whether they are used or not as well as the condition of the item , denotes the price. I picked up battlefield 2042 for $20 and Battlefield 1- Revolution for $7. There was no shortage of staff that helped me promptly. They also have records (vinyl) and movies. Again, depending on condition, you will pay different amounts. The do take credit cards so you don't have to run for cash! Great place if you're looking for a movie, game or vinyl!!

Never had a problem here. Great employees and alot of great dvd's and games. The odd stuff to buy is a huge bonus. Don't let the crybaby top $ looking folks discourage. This location is a real one.

I live here now. I have never known anything besides these four walls and this mountain of Funko Pops. I subsist by taking nibbles from Korn records and licking the condensation from the Windexed display windows.

We chose to trade in some DVDs and old video games and were told the wait would be “20-40 minutes.” After an hour and ten minutes of wandering the store and finally standing around, we watched the guy chat with customers and co-workers despite the fact that several co-workers were around and could have easily had these chatty conversations. I asked how much longer he would be and was told it would be another ten minutes I was thanked for my time.

I am currently at 1.5 hours and counting. I don’t know whether this will reach the outside world.

Update: After an hour and 40 minutes, we have cashed out. Were we lowballed? I don’t know. The Exchange works how it works and they need to make a profit. Part of the sacrifice you make for convenience is the lower price than you could potentially get on eBay.

The employee was kind and apologized, which I appreciate. I’m sure he isn’t a bad guy. But SIR! If you read this: boundaries. You can’t chat right now, X employee can help this customer. I promise it will be ok.

One star for the nice staff and another for them having a game I wanted.

Complete joke and waste of time. Brought in $500 worth of NFL trading cards. Took forever to review them and then offered $3, in in-store credit, on a $50 Caleb Williams Rookie Patch Card, while saying the rest were worthless and they would throw them away for me.

Said rookies like Malik Nabers numbered cards had no value on the market 😂😂😂

I have made several purchases from this store and have always been satisfied. If you’re looking to get rich selling your old CDs and vinyl, sell them yourself. All of the stores that buy and sell this type of merchandise do so based on supply and demand. ALL of them! If I want to get rid of CDs and vinyl that I no longer want, I usually donate them to goodwill. That way, perhaps someone will be surprised and find something that really excites them as has happened to me on several occasions.

Very nice location with friendly and helpful staff. The staff are always asking if you need anything but not hovering which is nice. The negative reviews here are just people wanting top dollar for their old junk and insulting the employees who are just going by the book. This store has a nice collection of dvds, games, posters, music, and other collectibles you certainly can’t find anywhere else. My brother sold some games here and got a decent price for them and he was happy with the outcome of that.

My car died in their parking lot and one of the employees tried to help me jump it (was not the solution) and gave us tips on where to eat while stranded. Never felt so welcomed in a store when I walked in the next day with a working vehicle. 10/10 would get stranded again (not really).

Good collection of used and new movies and vinyl! You can tell they only take things they know will sell, quality-wise. I do spot-checks for used records, and at most, there were just maybe a stray hair on them that can easily be cleaned off. I've been playing the records I got and there are no skips, they were priced reasonably, and they even put new paper sleeves in some of the records, while keeping any original ones (that aren't just white paper) in the album.

At the store, staff was constantly walking by, asking if they could help find anything for me or if I needed let in the movie cabinets, and were just in generally good spirits all around.

Some of these negative reviews are ridiculous to me-- none of these second-hand stores pay big bucks. Go to eBay if you insist on being paid $50 for your collectibles.
